Provide technical leadership to the development team, guiding junior developers and contributing to technical decision-making. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, business analysts, and quality assurance, to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. Conduct and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to coding standards. Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Analyze complex technical problems and provide innovative solutions to address them. Oversee and contribute to testing processes, ensuring the reliability and performance of software applications. Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, API documentation, and system architecture diagrams. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends and evaluate their applicability to current and future projects. Security+

Description
PingWind is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Software Developer is responsible for leading and participating in all aspects of the software development lifecycle. This role involves designing scalable and efficient software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of best practices in software design, coding, and testing.
- Significant experience in software development, with a focus on designing and building scalable systems.
- Proficiency in programming languages and technologies relevant to the organization's tech stack.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor development teams.
- Lead the design and architecture of software applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and scalability requirements.
- Experience in developing computer software code.
- Experience in a variety of software programming languages.
- Experience in designing, testing, debugging and documenting software.
Requirements
Preferred Qualifications
CISSP, CEH, CSM, Microsoft Certified : Azure Solutions Architect Expert. AWS platforms, Java Developer
