THE ROLE

Join our high-impact engineering team to design and build the next generation of intelligent cloud-native storage management solutions. You will be instrumental in leveraging Agentic AI and modern microservices to automate operations and unlock data-driven insights. This role offers direct ownership over core architectural components and involves close collaboration with product and platform teams to drive significant business transformation.

WHAT YOULL DO

• Architect and deliver highly reliable scalable microservices using Java Python or Golang primarily leveraging core AWS services (EC2 S3 Lambda DynamoDB) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Drive digital transformation by developing and integrating innovative Agentic AI capabilities to create autonomous context-aware systems that enhance operational efficiency and system intelligence for our storage platforms.
• Own the full software development lifecycle from ideation system design and coding to rigorous testing deployment and continuous enhancementensuring clean maintainable code through object-oriented design and in-depth code reviews.
• Optimize system performance and fault tolerance by conducting deep software analysis implementing effective load balancing and proactively tuning components to meet high-availability and security standards.
• Collaborate across engineering and product teams to ensure seamless integration of new software components with existing infrastructure maintaining comprehensive documentation to support system stability and long-term sustainability.

Salary ranges are determined based on role level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.

This role may be eligible for incentive pay and / or equity.

$154000 - $185000 USD
