Position Overview : The Pest Exterminator and Fleet Maintenance Technician is responsible for the safe and effective treatment of pests in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. This role requires a balance of pest management expertise and basic maintenance duties for company vehicles. The ideal candidate will ensure both the successful extermination of pests and the proper upkeep of company trucks, ensuring they are in optimal working condition for daily operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Pest Extermination Duties :

Pest Control Services :

Inspect and assess pest infestation levels in client locations, identifying the type of pests and severity of infestation.

• Develop and implement pest control treatment plans using appropriate methods and chemicals, ensuring safety and effectiveness.
• Apply pesticides, traps, and other pest control methods following safety guidelines and regulatory standards.
• Communicate with clients about the nature of their pest problem, treatment plan, and any precautions they need to take.

Health & Safety Compliance :

Follow all safety protocols, including proper handling and disposal of chemicals.

Client Interaction :

Provide excellent customer service by clearly explaining treatments, answering questions, and offering preventive measures.

Truck and Fleet Maintenance Duties :

Vehicle Inspection & Maintenance :

Perform daily and weekly inspections of company trucks, including checking oil levels, tire pressure, brake function, and other essential systems.

Documentation & Reporting :

Maintain detailed records of vehicle maintenance, inspections, and repairs.

Safety & Compliance :

Ensure all trucks are compliant with local transportation regulations, including keeping necessary documentation (registration, insurance, etc.).
