Key Responsibilities

Transform the corporate website into a high-conversion engine utilizing AI for personalization

Establish and lead the Performance Marketing function, including strategy and team building

Implement AI-driven workflows and predictive modeling to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Marketing with expertise in both organic and paid media strategies

Proven track record of building and scaling revenue marketing functions

Strong proficiency in modern AI tools and their application in marketing

Deep knowledge of CRM, Marketing Automation, and AdTech platforms

Technical understanding of website performance and conversion rate optimization
