As a Payroll Coordinator within their company, you will play a crucial role on the payroll team, focusing on processing multi-state payroll. Work model :
On-SiteWhat you will do :
- Process multi-state payroll for union and non-union employees, ensuring timely and accurate payroll cycles
- Ensure accuracy with timesheets
- Maintain employee records and changes, including garnishments
- Manage all federal, state, and local tax reports
- Assist with union payroll, including onboarding union employees
What you will need to be successful :
- Associate's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related degree
- 2+ years of payroll processing experience
- Union Payroll experience advantageous
- General knowledge of ADP Workforce Now helpful
- Strong skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion
- Excellent problem-solving / judgment skills and a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
