Development assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Development Assistan t to support our fundraising and donor relations efforts. The ideal candidate will assist with database management donor communications event coordination and general administrative tasks. This role is perfect for someone who is organized tech-savvy and passionate about supporting mission-driven work.

ORGANIZATION : Healthcare Nonprofit

LOCATION : Chicago - Hillsdale Illinois (on-site)

POSITION TITLE : Development Assistant

SCHEDULE : Part Time - 10 hours / week Monday and Wednesday

DURATION : Temporary

Pay : $21 / hr - $23 / hr

Qualifications :

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• 1-3 years development experience
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus
• Experience with Raisers Edge or Virtuous required
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
