Your Opportunity with ECG: Analyst
As a full-time analyst at ECG, you’ll be an important part of our consulting team, working alongside the top professionals in the industry to come up with solutions that shape healthcare. You will join ECG as a general member of our healthcare consulting pool, where you'll have the opportunity to gain diverse experiences by working across ECG’s four divisions: Health System Performance, Medical Group Optimization, Payer Strategy & Contracting, and Strategy & Enterprise Growth.
Health System Performance
Lead comprehensive performance improvement and clinical program optimization across the full continuum of care, supporting high-quality care while driving operational and financial results across all care settings.
Medical Group Optimization
Work with health systems and independent organizations to improve the performance of medical groups, with a focus on governance and leadership, integration, infrastructure, and provider compensation (design, administration, valuation, and compliance).
Payer Strategy & Contracting
Optimize strategies, relationships, terms, and methodologies related to revenue and market position for healthcare providers, disrupters, and payers.
Strategy & Enterprise Growth
Develop and support strategies, planning, organizational design, transactions, and partnerships that reposition health systems, academic health systems, physician groups, and medical and health sciences schools for impact and growth.

The estimated base salary range for this job is $80,000 - $93,000 annually. It represents a good faith estimate of the range that ECG reasonably expects to pay at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to years of experience, special skills, and market changes. This job is eligible to participate in ECG’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects ECG’s pay-for-performance philosophy. The job is also eligible to participate in ECG’s benefit plans, which include medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) matching program, unlimited PTO, and other wellness programs.
