Parts Administrator

Energy Systems Southeast, LLC (ESSE), the Industrial Distribution Central for Generac Power Systems, is currently searching for a Parts Administrator.

Typical Duties Include :

  • Delivering parts and supplies to technicians and warehouses
  • Helping in the warehouse when not traveling.
  • Occasionally helping technicians with repairs.
  • Out of town trips
  • Overnight stays sometimes on short notice.

Minimum Qualifications Required :

  • Overnight stays and sometimes multiple overnight stays required.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with warehouse and technicians.
  • Read and map and or follow GPS.
  • Must be able to follow safety procedures.
  • Must be able to pass DOT physical and maintain DOT logs.
  • Make and maintain schedule for deliveries.
  • Must be able to adapt to schedule changes and make reschedules.
  • Must be able to use basic computer programs, Excel, Outlook , UPS etc.
