Key Responsibilities
Deliver performance management and coaching through structured one-on-ones and call reviews
Own the design and execution of outbound strategies for SMB restaurants in the US
Lead ongoing training on outbound best practices and maintain high standards for prospect interactions
Required Qualifications
Prior experience managing SDR / BDR teams with a track record of exceeding pipeline goals
Strong proficiency in English for coaching prospecting outreach and objection handling
Familiarity with outbound SDR motions for SMB segments, including cold calling and email sequencing
Proficiency with SDR / BDR tools and methodologies, including CRM and engagement platforms
Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and inform coaching and process optimization
