Job Description : About the Role

Are you passionate about building communities, driving innovation, and empowering technical leaders? HPE Networking's CTO Office is looking for a Program Manager to lead our innovation programs and strengthen our Technologist community. This role is about creating impact—connecting top technical talent while fostering growth for emerging engineering talent. You’ll design programs, organize events, and champion initiatives that accelerate innovation across the organization.

What You’ll Do

• Build and Grow the Community

Develop programs that engage top tech talent, while creating pathways for junior engineers to advance.

Organize Technologist Summits in key locations

Manage and evolve an “Innovation Bounty” program

Advance awareness and utilization of resources that support technical talent growth and career development.

Manage program budgets and ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
