As a Shipboard Revenue Analyst, you will take charge of ensuring all guest accounts are correct, and payment is collected. You will play a key role in reconciling and maintaining the accuracy of all sales and payment systems for guest and crew accounts, pre-paid items and amenities, group functions, officer company cards, and system accounts onboard. You will report to Business Office Manager.

Responsibilities

• Credit card settlement
• Voyage closings
• Groups accounts monitoring
• Amenities reconciliation
• Guest folio settlement ~ cash and credit cards
• Post and monitor guest onboard credit
• Monitor guest service recovery accounts
• Post and correct voided transactions
• Perform daily reconciliation process of Fidelio to Micros (POS)
• Update daily and voyage revenue reports
