AP Coordinator

Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $28 to $32 per hour. We are looking for an experienced candidate to assist our client with the following :

AP Invoice Processing

• Vendor creation (1099 & 1042 familiarity)
• Intermediate Excel
• AP Automation - Sending invoices for approval and gl coding
• Account Reconciliation - Customer Statements
• Incoming Mail - scanning, opening, distribution
• Customer Service - phone and email inquires
• Team meetings
