Job Title: Traveling Laborer

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Traveling Technician to perform general manual labor tasks, including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials. The role involves assisting with hydro-excavation, storm and sewer line cleaning, pipe-jetting, and other related duties. This position requires the ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform general manual labor tasks such as loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials.
• Assist with hydro-excavation, storm and sewer line cleaning, and pipe-jetting.
• Carry out miscellaneous related duties and special projects as assigned.
• Work independently or as part of a team.

Essential Skills

• Experience in construction, field service, pipe laying, hydrovac, and excavation.
• General labor skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift at least 80 pounds.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Willingness to work in excess of regularly scheduled hours, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to travel extensively as most projects are not local.
• Fit with company culture.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Olathe, KS.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
