STS Technical Services is hiring a Quality Analyst & Expeditor in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Quality Analyst & Expeditor to support our growing manufacturing team. This role plays a critical part in maintaining our Quality Management System (QMS), supporting facility operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The right candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment, demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, and help drive continuous improvement across the organization.

Job Responsibilities

Record, summarize, analyze, and report data

Provide leadership in implementing QMS and objectives as directed by the Quality Manager

Develop and implement project quality plans and procedures

Initiate training for quality staff while maintaining training records and materials

Maintain quality schedules for ongoing projects

Assign tasks and QC staff to boost productivity and prevent delivery delays

Manage and collaborate to maintain and achieve certifications

Assist with company-wide ISO 9001 management and certifications

Monitor, collect, and report on performance metrics

Develop, monitor, and manage quality data (KPIs) and related procedures

Resolve problems and deliver satisfactory outcomes

Ensure interdepartmental communication to coordinate and resolve QC concerns

Perform other duties and tasks as assigned related to QMS, customer, or operations requirements

Required Skills

Strong proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel)

Excellent organizational and planning skills

Teamwork and collaboration abilities

Strong attention to detail

Self-motivated with independent problem-solving capabilities

Strong verbal and written communication skills
