A leading personal injury law firm in Nevada, renowned for its trial expertise, impressive verdicts, and strong community involvement, is seeking a dedicated attorney to join their Reno team. The firm is highly regarded for its experienced trial lawyers, many of whom are Board Certified Personal Injury specialists, and its commitment to justice and client service.

The ideal candidate will be licensed to practice law in Nevada, with California admission considered a plus, especially since the firm handles cases from Northern Nevada and the Bay Area / Eastern California regions.

Supervisory Responsibilities :

  • Overseeing the daily activities of 2-3 case managers.

Key Duties :

  • Managing a large volume of pre-litigation personal injury cases.
  • Providing clients with comprehensive legal guidance on their claims.
  • Maintaining consistent communication with clients regarding case updates.
  • Negotiating settlements with insurance companies and defense attorneys.
  • Staying current on developments in personal injury law to better serve clients.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external professionals such as medical providers and experts.
  • Participating in case reviews and contributing to case strategy development.
  • Performing additional duties as needed.

    • Qualifications & Skills :

  • Ability to handle approximately 250-300 pre-litigation cases and oversee a small team.
  • Outgoing, focused, and adept at managing fast-paced, high-volume workflows.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software.

    • Education & Experience :

  • J.D. from an accredited law school.
  • Active and good standing with the Nevada State Bar.
  • At least 3 years of experience in pre-litigation personal injury law.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.
