Now, we’re seeking a Registered Nurse to help us maintain the highest standards of safety, patient-centered care, and operational efficiency. The Opportunity As a Registered Nurse at CSP, you’ll play an essential role in supporting surgical and clinical care from pre-op through discharge. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you'll coordinate safe, therapeutic workflows and ensure each patient receives thoughtful, high-quality care. You’ll directly impact outcomes in a fast-paced, professional environment focused on innovation and healing. Leadership & Clinical Accountability Provide comprehensive patient care using the nursing process, from admission through discharge Accept accountability for assigned clinical care, including supervision of support staff Document, evaluate, and communicate patient response to care Compliance & Quality Adhere to nursing care standards and facility policies Recognize and report abnormal diagnostic data Maintain accurate and thorough medical documentation Patient-Centered Operations Perform patient assessments and vital sign monitoring Develop care plans that align with patient needs and ensure continuity across shifts Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team to carry out goals Professional Development Stay current through reading, conferences, and internal learning opportunities Perform additional duties as assigned to support patient and team success You’ll Thrive in This Role If You… Communicate clearly and compassionately, even under pressure Enjoy a fast-paced clinical environment where details matter Bring strong critical thinking and organizational skills to every shift Take ownership of your growth and support others in theirs Are passionate about improving lives through safe, high-quality care Qualifications Associate’s Degree in Nursing required Active RN license in good standing required BLS certification required At least 1 year of experience in an OR or post-anesthesia care unit (PACU) required Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred Certified Post-Anesthesia Nurse (CPAN) certification preferred Able to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods Lift / move up to 25 lbs and push up to 300 lbs Use both hands for handling or reaching Adequate vision and hearing to perform RN duties safely What We Offer Health, Dental & Vision Insurance Life / AD&D Insurance Short-Term Disability Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Company Paid Holidays 401(k) Retirement Plan Bonusly (employee rewards & recognition) DailyPay (on-demand pay access) Why You’ll Love Working at CSP At Central States Pain Clinic, your role has purpose—and your work matters.
