Practiced at least 1 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing all ages is preferred, or have completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency program Continuing Medical Education (CME) - Receive an annual stipend for continuing medical education plus 1-week paid time off for CME activities. Clinical Faculty appointment to UCR School of Medicine encouraged. Complete independence to practice the art of medicine in support of the doctor-patient relationship instead of the large corporate algorithmic approach to medicine

Position Highlights

• Position Details :
• Full time and Part Time Available
• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, well visits, and Hedis 5-Star measures
• Treating patients in-office and conducting occasional tele-health visits
• Continuous learning opportunities practicing integrative medicine
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
• Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues
• Opportunity for Academic teaching with UCR school of medicine
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency program
• A passion for human-centered primary care
• The ability to successfully communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds
• The ability to effectively use technology to deliver high quality care
• Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care
• Ability to provide high level service with an excellent bedside manner
