Seeking a OTR or Occupational Therapist to cover therapy services in and around In Tallahassee, Florida to provide treatment in residential homes : Make your own schedule.

$120 / Evaluation + 2 unit tx

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Evaluates and treats patients in Home settings
• Communicates with families, physicians, and other health care professions
• Maintains daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR

Qualifications :

Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral / Masters / Bachelors degree in Occupational Therapy ,

Education and / or Experience : New graduate applicants welcome + Experienced Therapists

Actively Licensed as a VA Occupational Therapist.
