Estimated Duration : 6 months with possible extensions

Work Setting : % of the time at the Client’s site in Tallahassee, FL. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client.

Preferred :

  • Experience designing, developing, and maintaining applications such as the Administrative Image

Management System (AIMS), Financial Inquiry System (FIS), and Revenue Online Collection (ROC).

  • Experience with the Florida Accounting Information Resource (FLAIR) or Florida PALM;
  • Experience with Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS);
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies;
  • Experience with version control systems and CI / CD pipelines;
  • Experience in application and data security best practices;
  • Experience working in a government or public sector environment;
  • Oracle certifications (Oracle PL / SQL Developer Certified Associate, Oracle APEX Developer, Oracle Middleware certifications).

    • Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Oracle Forms and Oracle APEX financial applications;
  • Write, maintain, and optimize PL / SQL scripts, stored procedures, triggers, and database packages;
  • Support and maintain Oracle database objects, schemas, and Fusion Middleware components;
  • Provide integration support for Florida PALM and FLAIR, including ETL operations for data movement and transformation;
  • Ensure application performance, data security, and PCI compliance;
  • Collaborate with technical / business teams to gather and implement requirements. Coach, mentor, and train team members; produce technical documentation and SOPs;
  • Attend project meetings and provide regular status updates and weekly reports.
