Controller

A company is looking for a Controller to lead and oversee accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily accounting functions and lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes

Establish and improve internal controls, ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements

Manage and develop the accounting team, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience

5+ years in a supervisory or people-management role

Strong knowledge of US GAAP and proven ability to interpret accounting guidance

CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification preferred
