[job_card.job_description]Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Biotechnology, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications are a plus. 10 years as a Data or Business Analyst, preferably in biotech or pharmaceuticals. Proven experience with biotech R&D data, including genomics and clinical trials. Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or SAS. Experience with data visualization tools (, JMP, Power BI). Understanding of data management and cloud platforms (, AWS, Azure). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects. Knowledge of biotech regulatory compliance (, FDA, EMA) preferred. Commitment to staying updated on industry trends and data analytics.
Location : Lexington, MA (On-site at least 4 days a week)
Contract Length : 6 Months with Possible extension / conversion. Please No C2C on this.
Job Summary : We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Data Analyst with expertise in Biotech R&D data. The ideal candidate will turn complex data into actionable insights that drive decision-making in research and development. This role involves close collaboration with R&D, IT, and business teams to ensure accurate data capture, analysis, and use, optimizing innovation and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure accurate data collection, storage, and integration across platforms.
- Analyze biotech R&D data, document requirements, and develop IT solutions.
- Create and maintain system integrations, dashboards, and reports.
- Support bioinformatics and R&D applications, including LIMS and ELN.
- Design and implement business intelligence solutions aligned with R&D goals.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses and automate KPI reports for biotech research.
- Serve as a liaison between R&D, IT, and business teams for data initiatives.
- Lead or support data-related projects, ensuring timely delivery.
