Activity Pipeline Contractor

A company is looking for an Activity Pipeline Contractor (PT).

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and manage the Activity Pipeline through Asana, ensuring project hygiene and tracking progress

Utilize tools like Qualtrics and Asana for data management and communication

Update documentation and handle sensitive data while ensuring privacy and youth safety standards

Required Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in project management, program coordination, or operations roles

Proficiency with Qualtrics for survey management and data handling

High proficiency in Asana or similar project management tools

Experience in youth programs, education, or nonprofits is preferred

Ability to manage recurring tasks and support audits effectively
