Looking to grow your career as a Facility Maintenance Technician? Want to work for a company where you are more than just a number? Join Holden Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center as our new Maintenance Apprentice!

In this role, as Maintenance Apprentice you will be assisting the Maintenance Director with maintenance tasks and addressing equipment issues. This position is full-time, 40-hour per week position and participates in the on-call rotation.

Hours : 7 : 30-4 : 00pm, 40 hours / week

Please Note : we are only considering candidates with a minimum of one year experience in the field.

Responsibilities :

  • Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks.
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment.
  • Respond to maintenance requests.

Must Haves :

  • 1+ years' maintenance experience OR a Vocational / Technical degree
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Experience working with hand and power tools
  • Valid driver's license & reliable transportation.

    • Preferred but not required :

  • HVAC experience
