Spinal surgeries involving cervical, thoracic, and lumbar approaches. Patients suffering from hemorrhagic and ischemic strokes, integrated into our Comprehensive Stroke Program. A high volume of cervical and spinal surgeries plus medical overflow cases. Deliver comprehensive and evidence-based nursing care while coordinating with interdisciplinary teams. Utilize clinical judgment and communication skills to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Contribute to enhancing positive patient experiences across the care continuum. Be part of a supportive team culture that encourages connection, teamwork, and community outreach. Engage in continuous learning within a patient-centered care environment. Conduct assessments, implement individualized care plans, and evaluate care effectiveness. Recognize significant changes in patient conditions and adapt care plans accordingly. Implement strategies for patient safety and communicate effectively with patients and families. Coordinate discharge planning with an interdisciplinary approach. Evaluate outcomes and take appropriate actions for improvement. Promote collaboration and teamwork among healthcare personnel. Ensure a culture of safety by identifying risks and intervening appropriately. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and professional development opportunities. Maintain knowledge of age-specific needs for all patients served. Current Registered Nurse license in the practicing state. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association. Graduation from an accredited Nursing program. Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience preferred. Ability to provide holistic patient care with a focus on family involvement. Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills in clinical situations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering professional relationships. Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. Proficient in utilizing electronic medical records and other digital communication tools. Ability to perform physical activities such as lifting, walking, and twisting throughout the workday. Capability to lift up to 50 lbs and carrying up to 40 lbs. Position may involve exposure to chemicals, blood, and infectious substances; protective clothing is necessary.

Schedule Details : This is a night shift role with 8 and 12-hour shifts. Expect every third weekend rotation and participation in holiday rotations.
Sign-On Bonus : $15,000 for 3rd Shift positions
