Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and management to the Applications Engineering Team, enhancing customer interaction and support.
- Ensure prompt responsiveness to customer requests while managing expense budgets efficiently.
- Implement corrective actions to resolve customer quality and performance issues effectively.
- Develop and present compelling business cases for potential new opportunities.
- Contribute to the development of new products and improvements to existing product lines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in an engineering-related field is highly preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role.
- Over 5 years of professional experience in an engineering-related field.
- Strong project management capabilities are essential.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement practices is advantageous.
- Experience with blending, mixing, and extrusion processes is a plus.
