Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and management to the Applications Engineering Team, enhancing customer interaction and support.
• Ensure prompt responsiveness to customer requests while managing expense budgets efficiently.
• Implement corrective actions to resolve customer quality and performance issues effectively.
• Develop and present compelling business cases for potential new opportunities.
• Contribute to the development of new products and improvements to existing product lines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in an engineering-related field is highly preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role.
• Over 5 years of professional experience in an engineering-related field.
• Strong project management capabilities are essential.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement practices is advantageous.
• Experience with blending, mixing, and extrusion processes is a plus.
