Job Description
IDS International is looking for a proven leader with a strong background in security operations and classified environments. This role demands experience managing complex contracts, supervising teams, and maintaining high standards of compliance and professionalism. Candidates should be comfortable working in secure settings and bring a solid understanding of access protocols and operational procedures.
Key Duties
- Manage and oversee large, complex, multi-site Access Control and Construction Surveillance contracts
- Supervise and lead security teams to ensure compliance with operational and security protocols
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and adherence to classified environment requirements
- Coordinate secure operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and administrative tasks
- Enforce access control procedures and monitor compliance with ICD 705 and SCIF standards
- Respond to and resolve security incidents and violations promptly
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports, logs, and documentation for contract oversight
- Liaise with government security representatives and stakeholders to ensure compliance
- Provide leadership, guidance, and performance management for security personnel
- Support secure facility operations, including visitor management and video monitoring systems
Requirements
5+ years' experience supporting large, complex, multi-site Access Control and Construction Surveillance contracts.At least 2+ years IC experienceA minimum of three years of experience in office management, scheduling / dispatching, or administration.High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred3+ years of experience in physical security, access control, or 3+ military / law enforcement2+ years in a supervisory or site lead role within a secure or 2+ classified environmentPossess knowledge of ICD 705, SCIF access procedures, and secure operations protocolsMaintain an active TS / SCI with Polygraph clearanceFamiliarity with access control systems, VMS, and visitor access protocolsCompensation
