Production Technician

POSITION SUMMARY :

The Production Technician is responsible for supporting and contributing to the Production Operations Asset Team within the framework of Talos Energy Inc.'s policies and procedures and in compliance with applicable regulations.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

This position will be responsible for day-to-day production-related support activities, including but not limited to :

• Gather and organize data for various department needs
• Update wellbore diagrams
• Provide supporting documentation for AFE / APM packages
• Prepare exhibits and PowerPoint slides for meetings
• Interface with engineers and the Regulatory Department to provide documents and exhibits for regulatory filings
• Prepare annual operating plans for partners
• Populate project lookback templates
• Interface with Accounting and Operations Planning groups to track and report LOE
• Update and maintain the Talos strategic initiatives database
• Make WellView entries for well work activities
• Fulfill requests from other departments and partners for AFE information, downtime data, production data, daily reports, etc.
• Review daily production and downtime data for quality assurance
• Assist staff in organizing existing data on shared drives and facilitating document management processes
• Track and help facilitate MOC and action-item processes
