Per Diem Charge Nurse LVN / LPN

White Sands, a HumanGood life plan community in beautiful La Jolla, CA is seeking a dedicated per diem Charge Nurse LVN / LPN for our Skilled Nursing Unit.

Shift : Per Diem (Availability required for weekends and night shifts).

Salary Range : $39-$42 / hr. (Based on Experience)

As a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN / LPN), you will take charge of the nursing needs of residents while actively promoting our Philosophy for Person-Directed Care. Join us in ensuring a safe and welcoming environment where residents, staff, and visitors can engage in daily activities. You'll be responsible for organizing care assignments in partnership with care partners while holding team members accountable for quality resident care and satisfaction.

To thrive in this role, you should possess :

• Current LVN / LPN license in the relevant state
• Current CPR certification
• Prior nursing experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute, or sub-acute settings preferred
• Charge nurse experience is preferred
