A company is looking for a Recruiter who specializes in healthcare recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
Support full-cycle recruitment processes including screening, interviewing, and hiring recommendations
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define effective recruitment strategies
Maintain accurate and compliant candidate documentation in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
3+ years of recruiting experience in healthcare administrative services, RCM, HIT, and HIM roles
Working knowledge of the end-to-end revenue cycle and hospital vs. professional billing
Proven success managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced recruiting environment
Proficiency with common office software and ATS systems
