Director of Inside Sales

A company is looking for a Director of Inside Sales to build and lead a new North America Inside Sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Build and scale the Inside Sales organization by hiring and developing a team of inside sales professionals

Define the Inside Sales operating model, coverage strategy, and performance metrics

Engage with enterprise and public sector customers to drive sales and maintain customer engagement metrics

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in building and scaling Inside Sales teams in technology

Experience leading mixed-model teams, including internal and outsourced sales resources

Strong understanding of enterprise and public sector markets and channel dynamics

Demonstrated experience with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred
