Position Description

We are seeking an experienced COBOL Programmer with strong expertise in PL / SQL and Mainframe COBOL development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and supporting enterprise-level applications while working closely with cross-functional teams in a fully onsite environment.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in software development using COBOL (Mainframe).

Strong hands-on experience with Oracle databases, including writing complex SQL queries, PL / SQL packages, stored procedures, and performance tuning.

Experience working on Windows and UNIX platforms; shell scripting exposure preferred.

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle multiple assignments and work independently as well as within a team.

Experience with Business Objects, CGI Advantage ERP, Linux, or Oracle 11g is a plus (not mandatory).
