You’ll work with a team that takes pride in doing the job right the first time. Job Details Responsibilities: Operate equipment such as loaders, box blades, skid steers, excavators, and dozers. Support excavation, grading, trenching, and material movement activities. Maintain safe, efficient work practices on active job sites. Conduct daily inspections and minor maintenance on equipment. Work collaboratively with foremen and crews to meet project goals. Qualifications: 1–3 years of experience operating heavy machinery in construction or site development. Understanding of excavation and dirt operations preferred. Strong attention to safety, communication, and teamwork. Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.
