About the Role

We have an exciting partnership with Boston Public Schools (BPS), providing in-school ABA services for students who need extra support during the school day. This role is perfect for a BCBA who wants meaningful work in a structured school setting—without the stress of billable hours, assessments, or administrative overload.

Details :

✅ Full-time, in-person, school-year position

✅ Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM–3 : 00 PM (following BPS calendar)

✅ $75–$85 / hour

✅ No billables or assessments required

✅ No work on school holidays or snow days

What You’ll Do

Deliver in-school ABA services to BPS students needing extra support

Collaborate with teachers, school teams, and families to ensure seamless care

Supervise and support Behavior Technicians as needed

Focus on quality care —not paperwork stress

Requirements

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification (required)
• Massachusetts LBA license (required)
• Experience working in home or school-based settings preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
