POSITION OVERVIEW :

The Loan Operations Manager leads the day-to-day activities of the credit union’s loan operations department. This role ensures efficient processing, quality control, compliance, and servicing across all consumer, real estate, and business loan types. The Loan Operations Manager is responsible for maintaining the integrity of loan documentation, timely funding, lien and title perfection, escrow administration, and insurance monitoring. The position requires strong coordination with loan officers and senior leadership to support exceptional lending execution and member service.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Team Management & Loan Quality

• Lead and supervise loan operations staff, including loan processors and support personnel.
• Ensure timely and accurate generation of loan documents and disbursement of funded loans.
• Maintain rigorous quality control processes to ensure complete and compliant loan packages.
• Facilitate collaboration with loan officers to resolve outstanding loan documentation exceptions.
