Project Manager III

Position Details :
This position will be hybrid Monday Friday, 8 : 00 am 5 : 00 pm $98,000 - $152,000 annually
Primary Function :
The Project Manager III will lead large-scale, complex, multi-disciplinary programs and high-value projects. This senior-level role involves independent customer negotiations, process definition and improvement, and extensive cross-functional collaboration with minimal oversight. May qualify for Senior title based on performance and organizational needs.
Essential Job Functions - Responsibilities :
Education and Experience : (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities)
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent required; advanced degree preferred Minimum 7-8 years of progressive project management experience with demonstrated leadership Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex programs Expert-level knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP certification preferred) Strong strategic thinking and business acumen Exceptional leadership, mentoring, and organizational influence capabilities Advanced change management and process improvement experience Executive-level communication and presentation skills Experience managing enterprise-wide initiatives and cross-functional programs Strong financial management and business case development skills International project experience and cultural competency preferred Mastery of advanced project management tools and enterprise systems Commitment to Sigma Design Core Values and leadership principles
Work Environment Standard office environment with normal office related conditions. Occasionally may be required to travel as required to other facilities, clients, or suppliers.
