We are looking for a KYC Manager to join our team and lead the implementation and ongoing monitoring of Rippling's payment products KYC controls. This role will serve as an expert in ensuring the Rippling products are compliant with KYC for a globally operating payments business. The role holder will work closely with the product, engineering and wider compliance team at Rippling.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding and practical experience in applying KYC controls in payments products, including but not limited to :

• Business Banking
• Corporate Card
• Wallet

The salary for US-based employees will be aligned with one of the ranges below based on location; see which tier applies to your location here. A variety of factors are considered when determining someone's compensationincluding a candidate's professional background, experience, and location. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed below.

The pay range for this role is :

93,000 - 162,750 USD per year (US Tier 1)
