Schedule : 8 : 00 AM – 1 : 00 PM and 3 : 00 PM – 5 : 00 PM (break during child’s nap)

About the Role :
We’re looking for an energetic and passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team and provide one-on-one ABA therapy to a young learner in the Short Pump area. The ideal candidate is high-energy, playful, fun, and very talkative , with a genuine love for helping children learn and grow through engaging, interactive sessions.
Responsibilities :
Implement individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs under the supervision of a BCBA.
Use positive reinforcement strategies to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
Collect accurate session data and maintain clear documentation.
Support skill generalization across play, routines, and structured learning.
Collaborate with the supervising BCBA and family to ensure consistent, quality care.
Qualifications :
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required).
At least 1 year of experience working in the ABA field.
Minimum of one professional reference from an ABA supervisor or employer.
Reliable, punctual, and passionate about making sessions fun and effective.
Strong communication skills and a naturally upbeat, talkative personality.
