Cleanroom Process Technician

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Process Technician to support operations in a classified cleanroom manufacturing environment. This is not a laboratory role. Work is performed in controlled production areas and requires strict adherence to hygiene, gowning, and personal protective equipment (PPE) standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and clean process equipment, including valves, hoses, clamps, and piping systems
• Prepare buffers, media, and reagents in volumes up to 2,000 liters
• Monitor process parameters and escalate abnormal conditions promptly
• Accurately complete batch records and required documentation in compliance with procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment
• Perform cleaning and disinfection of equipment while wearing required PPE, including hoods
• Participating in routine cleaning of production areas (mopping, spraying, sanitizing); may require use of a Powered Air Purifying Respirator (PAPR)
• Handle hazardous materials such as caustic solutions, acids, and steam safely
• Complete structured training programs and maintain operational proficiency
