About the Role

As a Painter in Training, you’ll work alongside experienced painters and drywall finishers, learning the skills to become a pro. You’ll help prep, paint, and finish residential and commercial projects throughout the St. Louis and St. Charles areas.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with painting and drywall jobs

Prep walls and surfaces for paint or finish

Use ladders and basic tools

Keep the job site clean and organized

Learn safety protocols and craftsmanship standards

Work closely with the crew to support each project

You’re a Great Fit If You…

Are at least 19 years old

Have reliable transportation

Are dependable and willing to learn

Are comfortable on ladders and moving throughout the day

Can lift up to 50 lbs

Take pride in showing up on time and doing quality work
