Estimator - Steel Construction

We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator with experience in structural and miscellaneous steel to support our construction projects. This role involves analyzing project specifications, drawings, and requirements to prepare accurate and competitive bids.

Key Responsibilities :

• Review architectural and structural drawings to perform detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
• Develop bills of materials (BOM) and labor estimates for steel fabrication and erection.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and vendors to collect pricing and technical information.
• Identify value engineering opportunities and assess project risks during the bidding process.
• Prepare and submit formal proposals, budgets, and bid packages.
• Track bid outcomes, maintain the estimating database, and assist with project handoff to operations.
