This position requires you to have your own transportation to be able to transport clients

Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Job Description :

• Bathing Assistance
• Toileting Assistance
• Assistance with ADLs (Activities of daily living)
• Meal Preparation
• Transfer / Mobility Assistance
• Medication Reminders
• Light Housekeeping (linen changes, laundry, dishes, sweep, mop)
• Cleaning Kitchen and Bathroom
• Shopping, errands, and transportation
• Personal Supervision

Requirements :

Must be 18 years or older (maturity is a must)

Driver’s license and social security Card or government issued ID

Own transportation and the capability to transport clients

Ability to pass a background check

CPR / First Aid certified (can assist with obtaining)

Proof of negative TB test within in last 12 months (preferred)

Genuine care for others and the willingness to learn

Requires flexibility to work in an environment with a dynamic schedule that may change as needed

Must be willing to work weekdays and weekends as needed

Willing to drive 30 to 40 minutes
