Director of Non-GxP Training

A company is looking for a Director, Non-GxP Training.

Key Responsibilities :

Define and lead the global non-GxP training strategy aligned with corporate objectives and quality principles

Design and oversee non-GxP training programs, ensuring relevance and scalability

Partner with functional leaders to identify learning needs and align initiatives with business goals

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in relevant field preferred

10+ years in pharmaceutical or life sciences industry with experience in global training programs

Strong understanding of R&D functions and regulatory landscape

Experience with learning technologies and data-driven training strategies

Proven ability to design and deliver impactful learning programs
