Responsible for protecting the organization from financial crimes by ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act and anti-money laundering (AML) laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborates with compliance leadership to establish and maintains a comprehensive framework for BSA / AML compliance in line with regulatory requirements.
• Configures and maintains transaction monitoring systems to detect suspicious activities effectively.
• Maintains comprehensive documentation of investigations, findings, and reporting processes for compliance audits.
• Develops and conducts training sessions for employees on BSA / AML compliance, including identifying suspicious activities and understanding regulatory requirements.
• Conducts detailed reviews of flagged transactions and conducts investigations into suspicious activities to determine their legitimacy.
• Prepares and presents regular reports on BSA / AML activities, trends, and findings to management and compliance committees.
• Other duties : Perform other duties as assigned by leaders

Requirements

Required Education : Technical Studies

Possible Degrees : High School, Bachelor

Required experience in the position : Bank Transaction, Operations, Branch, Account Statement, Account Documentation, knowledge (preferred) Analytical Skillset and familiar with BSA and AML regulations knowledge.

Languages : English & Spanish
