Norwalk Hospital, part of Nuvance Health, is seeking a Per Diem Hospitalist for Norwalk, CT.

Job Summary

Provide medical care to patients, assist them to recover from acute illnesses and minimize the effects of chronic illnesses.

Job Requirements

• MD or DO with CT State and Federal Narcotic Use Registration
• Preferred : Prior experience as a staff physician
• Have successfully completed an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Residency
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Willingness to work a minimum of two shifts per month (8, 10 or 12‑hour shifts) either weekdays or weekends, Teaching or Non‑Teaching (approximately 7 AM – 7 PM) or Nights (7 PM- 7 AM).

Salary range : $185-$195 / hr. depending upon shift.
