At Semper Solaris, we provide you with qualified, confirmed company leads and we also expect you to create new opportunities through outbound calling and self-generated leads.

If you’re hungry, competitive, and ready to close, this is the role for you.

Semper Solaris is a privately-owned and financially stable leader in Solar, Battery Storage, Roofing, HVAC, and Home Efficiency services with locations throughout California, Texas, Arizona, Florida, and beyond.

We’re setting new standards in customer experience and need inside sales closers to help fuel our expansion.

Base pay :

  • minimum wage plus commission.
  • W2 position with full benefits (rare in the industry).

    • Sell across multiple verticals :

  • Solar + Battery, Roofing, and HVAC = more earning potential. 50% of commission paid before install.
  • Paid biweekly.

    • What You Need to Bring :

  • At least two (2) years of inside solar sales experience (required).
  • Proven track record in inside sales, outbound calling, or phone-based closing.
  • Strong communication, follow-up, and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage inbound leads and create outbound opportunities.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems.
  • A quiet, professional workspace for outbound calling.
  • Strong typing skills to keep up with CRM notes and customer follow-up.
