Schedule Details : Self-Scheduled
Shift : 3rd Shift (7pm-7 : 30am)
FTE : 0.9 (12-hour shifts)
2 Mondays & 2 Fridays per 6-week schedule
1 Weekend per 6-week schedule
2 Holidays (1 Summer & 1 Winter)
RNs trained in ACLS, NIH, IV Ultrasound, and cross-trained to be Charge RN

Responsibilities Include :
Providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process; ensuring safe, therapeutic care according to established standards. You will assess patient needs, plan and implement individualized interventions, and evaluate care effectiveness, maintaining a therapeutic relationship throughout the healthcare journey.
Be prepared to manage significant changes in patient conditions, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and ensure the safety and satisfaction of all patients while promoting a culture of safety within the team.
Licenses & Certifications :
Registered Nurse license in the state of practice; Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification from the American Heart Association.
Education :
Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
Experience :
Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
