Were hiring a motivated Automotive BDC Sales & Service Representative to join our Business Development Center . This hybrid role supports both sales and service departments by handling customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and following up on leads. Responsibilities BDC Representative :

  • Answer inbound calls, emails, and texts for sales and service
  • Schedule service appointments and follow up on missed / declined services
  • Respond to internet leads and set appointments for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with service advisors and sales consultants
  • Meet daily and monthly performance goals

    • Qualifications BDC Representative :

  • Experience in automotive BDC, customer service, or call center preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude
