Compensation : $65,000 $75,000 per year + Quarterly Bonus

Schedule : Full-Time, On-Site

About the Role

Were looking for a Logistics & Dispatch Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves keeping things moving. Youll serve as the operational command center for our Mitigation Division ensuring that every lead is acted on quickly, every crew is efficiently dispatched, and every job flows smoothly from intake to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert new leads into active jobs respond quickly to customer calls and turn opportunities into scheduled work.
• Coordinate and dispatch crews assign the right teams based on proximity, skillset, and workload.
• Maintain the daily production schedule manage job delays, rebalance workloads, and keep throughput high.
• Track field operations in real-time know where every crew is and what stage each job is in.
• Keep CRM pipeline accurate update job statuses daily from Not Sold to Complete.
• Report performance and metrics generate weekly reports on conversion rates, job delays, and throughput.

What Were Looking For

• Strong, confident communicator under pressure.
• Exceptionally organized and detail oriented.
• Comfortable with CRM and scheduling software (experience with Dash or similar preferred).
• Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience in restoration, construction, logistics, or dispatch is preferred but not needed.
• Tech-comfortable GPS tracking, CRM systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
