Qualifications

Break down complex Features / Stories into well understood and achievable tasks.

Design, develop, code, test, debug and document applications to satisfy requirements.

Mentor other team members to help with their progress in technical and professional skills.

Participate in retrospectives to drive continuous improvement within the feature team.

Adhere to IT Control Policies throughout design, development and testing and incorporate Corporate Architectural Standards into application design specifications.

Engineer a world-class platform with an eye towards rapid iteration and creative problem solving.

Prototype creative solutions quickly, and be able to collaborate with others in crafting and implementing your technical vision.

Contribute and collaborate in creation and consumption of open, standards-based solutions, while working with existing J.P.Morgan technologies and infrastructure.

Identify opportunities for process and tool improvements and drive those from concept to implementation.
