Forklift Operators

Qualified Staffing is seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join a reputable client located in Cartersville / Adairsville, GA! These are temp-to-hire positions offering the opportunity for full-time employment with great benefits upon hire. Multiple day & night shifts available!

Forklift Operator Responsibilities :

  • Operate various forklifts and advanced packing machines to support daily operations.
  • Load and unload materials safely and efficiently as part of a warehouse team.
  • Move palletized or crated materials throughout the facility.
  • Follow inventory-control procedures for stacking, labeling, and storage.
  • Pick, pack, check, and load / unload products from storage areas and trailers.
  • Maintain compliance with all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
  • Conduct equipment inspections and report any maintenance or safety issues.
  • Ensure high-quality standards and meet production performance goals.
  • Accurately complete all required documentation and production records.
  • Crosstrain in multiple functions and assist with other warehouse duties as needed.

Forklift Operator Requirements :

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 1 year of sit-down forklift experience required.
  • Experience with quad forklifts is a plus.
  • RF scanner experience required.
  • OSHA forklift certification or equivalent hands-on experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to safety, teamwork, productivity and detailed orientation.
